You may place your order online directly from the Home Page in the Shop On Line section. Just click on the arrows on the right to scroll down the page with different categories and follow the instructions when you select a product. If you don't see the basket it means that product is not more in the stock.
I saw that not all the shoes sizes are avaialble. What I should do if I like a model but the size on stock is not suitable for me?
In the case you don't see your size you just fill in the Form Information that you can find on top-right side on every item asking for a PRE-ORDER.
What is a pre-order? How much time I should wait from when I pay for a model wich is not ready-to send at the moment of my order?
A pre-order is allows you to get in a WAITING LIST where you reserve merchandise before it is available for shipment . In this way you won't have the risk to miss your selected item as we produced limited edition for each product due to the peculiarity itself or more common sizes. The duration will be between 4 to 8 weeks longer. In the case you don't want to pay in advance you may contact our customer services at: customerservices@isabellazocchi.com to know if/when you can find your model.

The indicated prices are including taxes?
The prices in US DOLLARS are without european VAT and are NOT including the customes charge that is based on the merchandise value and payed by the customer. We suggest to check directly with the Custome of you State what you will pay according to the value of the item before order. The price in EURO are including 20% of ITALIAN VAT and no other cost will be asked if the good is delivered to Europe.

All the available items will be delivered within 3-5 working days upon the accredit received confirmation. In the case of a pre-order you will receive an email confirmation on delivery that will be upon the item is availbale.
How long does it takes to receive an item?
Unless unexpected your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping worldwide (ex.Italy). Every item is sent by DHL at the indicated address.
Who will pay the shipping cost?
No extra shipping cost we will ask you for your order!
How do I sent the ordered item as a gift?
Just contact us by email where you indicate the address of the receiver. If you wish we can include a gift message for NOT additional cost.
How do I return or exchange my order?
We wish you to fell pleased with you order, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly appreciate you to note the reasons for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another IZ Collezioni purchase, or receive a refund. For this purpose kindly contact us by email at: customer.services@isabellazocchi.com.
Any eventual defective merchandise will be full refund of the original purchase price only in the case is returned within 15 days from purchase and in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
How long does it take to get my exchange or refund?
On average you should allow up to 30 days to receive an exchange or refund.

When you confirm an order for the first time you will get directly through a Log-in section where you can register to the site. Then, you'll receive an email confirmation with indicated username and password to access to the authorized area. Now you can confirm the order.
