13/11/2009 - Inclusion of Isabella Zocchi in the forthcoming book "Shoes in Fashion from fifties" by Jonathan Walford

Isabella Zocchi shoes will be included in a forthcoming book to be published by Thames & Hudson in the autumn of 2010. The working title is Shoes in Fashion Since 1950. The book is a comprehensive, richly illustrated text leading the reader through the wide range of remarkable styles of women's shoes in the last sixty years, from the superlative craftsmanship of catwalk creations to the vogue for vintage shoes.

The book's author, Jonathan Walford, has previously written a history of shoes, The Seductive Shoe: four centuries of fashion footwear (Thames & Hudson, 2007), and is a respected fashion specialist.
